UDYS VILLA

​Udy’s Villa preserves the grace of its 1890s street façade, even as a collage of later rear additions, distorted the roofline and left interiors with lowered ceilings and pared-back heritage detail. Within the original structure, rooms are re-planned for clarity and scale, restoring volume and creating larger, better-connected spaces that honour the villa’s character. The reimagined kitchen is a luminous hub, anchored by a sculpted stone island. A linear skylight draws the morning sun while concealed joinery and a hidden scullery preserve pristine lines and effortless flow to dining, living, and terrace.
